Her late husband, Raymond L. Buddington, served 21 years in the Air Force. Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Jane Hurley of Sumter and Emily Jean Voss of Sheridan, Ark; one sister, Helen G. Gailing of Churchton; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Joanne Lynn Mudd. Graveside services will be held at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery. Bullock Funeral Home in Sumter is handling arrangements.
