Katherine Teeter

Katherine Teeter was born in 1915. As of circa 1945,her married name was Olsson. She married Frank A Olsson Jr, son of Frank Andrew Olsson and Florence Maude Cooper, circa 1945. Katherine Teeter died on 13 April 2008; Katherine Teeter Olsson, 93, died on Sunday, April 13, at the Jewish Home for the Elderly, Fairfield.
Mrs. Olsson, a retiree of the Stamford Savings Bank, was born in Toronto to the late James Ross and Hermia (Miegel) Teeter and had been a resident of Darien and Stamford most of her life.
She was a graduate of Stamford High School and a longtime member of Union Memorial Church, Stamford. Survivors include her beloved husband of 63 years, Frank A. Olsson; her two daughters, Janet Skigen and her husband, Ken, of Carmel, Ind., and Andrea Burke and her husband Michael of Trumbull; and two grandchildren, Jennifer Skigen and Timothy Burke. She was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 4, at 2 p.m., at Union Memorial Church, 58 Church St., Stamford with the Rev. Blaine Edele officiating. Interment will be private at Spring Grove Cemetery, Darien. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter, 10 Wall St., Norwalk, CT 06850. Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, Darien, is in charge of arrangements.
