Olive C. Dmochowski, a longtime Stamford resident, died Saturday, Aug. 30, at Stamford Hospital. She was 81.

She died of cancer, according to her family.

Born Oct. 9, 1921, in New Canaan, she was a daughter of the late Harry Cooper and Isabel Brodbeck.

Mrs. Dmochowski was a homemaker. She grew up in Stamford's South End and graduated from Stamford High School.

She is survived by a son, Richard Dmochowski of Fairfield; a daughter, Diane Pittman of Alpharetta, Ga; a brother, Calvin Cooper of Monroe; a sister, Lois Butler of Grafton, Wis; three granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Richard Dmochowski.

Calling hours will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, at the Bosak Funeral Home, 9 Pulaski St., Stamford.

Burial will be private. She was Burial1 at Dmochowski Plot (Block6, Lot 21, Grave 1). She was born on 9 October 1921 at New Canaan, Ct. She was the daughter of Harry Andrew Cooper and Isabel Haven Brodbeck. Olive Audrey Cooper lived with Harry Andrew Cooper in 1930 at Stamford, Fairfield, CT, USA; Draftsman at Yale and Towne.1 Olive Audrey Cooper married Stanley Richard Dmochowski, son of Frank Dmochowski and Blanche Ciesielski, on 2 May 1943 at Holy Name Church, Stamford, CT. As of 2 May 1943,her married name was Dmochowski. Olive Audrey Cooper died on 30 August 2003 at Stamford, Ct, at age 81. She was buried on 2 September 2003 at Saint john's Cemetery Camp Avenue, Stamford, CT.
